SafeHO is looking for the highest calibre manager to lead a team of client solutions managers who are focused on providing marketing solutions to the largest companies. The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) Manager role is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key internal & external relationships, lead a team of platform and product experts, and be an expert in client enrollment planning, strategy and measurement to our key, multi-channel advertisers across the region. The candidate must have extensive product implementation knowledge, strong consultative sales experience, analytical skills, a focus on client service and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. This position is based in our Headquarters in Hyderabad.

  • Develop, retain and motivate an existing team while recruiting for new members and continually raising the bar for talent and capabilities.
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly changing and growing environment where the process is fluid and creative and unique solutions are desired.
  • Collaborate with Internal teams to ensure product improvement, transfer knowledge improving process and client relationships.
  • Experience with the industry or business trends in the industry (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM).
  • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop and empower employees to achieve their best with a team approach.
  • Proven and consistent track record of executing against aggressive growth strategies and delivering sales target and product goals in excess of company expectations.
  • Analytical experience including analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights preferred.
  • Candidates should be fluent in English and at least one Indian language.
